A busy last week of term

We've had a very busy last week.

We had a lot of fun during the Time out party Disco and outside games.

Emma C did a great job presenting assembly this week. Three Tui will move to Pukeko next term and they got to go on stage.

Clean up New Zealand

As part of clean up New Zealand week we cleaned up around Te Marua and the school. The Tui and Pukeko cleaned all around our school and the bush. We found heaps of rubbish. Thank you Shayna and Mrs Philpot for helping us.

Friday Discovery

We had a great morning during Discovery. Ewan came in for a visit and Shayna helped us make super cool box crocodiles.

Writing outside

Some of us got to do our writing outside. We worked hard, wrote great sentences and enjoyed the sun.

Friday Discovery

We had a great time during Discovery this week. Mrs. Robinson was teaching us, half of Pukeko, Jamie, Kael, and Ewan came for a visit. We had a lot of fun.

Week 8 in Tui Room

We have had a fun and busy week.  Paua came to Tui to read to us. It was great to see what they get to do in class.

On Wednesday Mark from NIWA came to talk to us about marine life and we got to see and hold several species. The starfish felt a bit spiky.

We've had a great week and learned a lot.

Mr Caterpillar gets a hair cut!

Mr Caterpillar was in desperate need of a hair cut. So we all put on our hair dressing hats and gave him rima snips each.
