Week 8

Only a couple of weeks until Christmas and we're still very busy and up to fun things.

Getting ready for the Christmas concert 

Last library visit of the year, we finished making our reading journals

Final art session with Kate. Melting crayons.

It was interesting and exciting to see what happened to the crayons. Thank you Kate!

Our first week of swimming was great, so good to be using the pool again.

What a great week it has been, not long to go until Christmas now.

Assembly Item week 5

We would like to say a big Thank You to Kate who has come in to do Art with us every Thursday over the last 2 terms.

We've had the chance to experience lots of different art activities and techniques. From full body art to painting with plungers and salad spinners.

Marble jar party

We've worked very hard to earn all the marbles in the jar.

For our party we had ice blocks and a play on the playground with sports things from the sports shed. We especially enjoyed the frisbee.

And after our party we had a picnic on the playground.

It was a little chilly, but a lot of fun.

Great work earning all our marbles!
